Pay Per Incident Support Purchase
  This order form allows you to request a Pay Per Incident (PPI) request for any ChoiceMail product. For PPI requests, a DigiPortal Software Technical Support representative will contact you by phone and includes a desktop sharing session where both you and our representative will be able to look at your desktop at the same time.

These support sessions are in general available during normal business hours (9AM - 5PM EST).

ChoiceMail Enterprise Pay Per Incident Support ($59.95)
This option is for business users using ChoiceMail Enterprise or the ChoiceMail Small Business Server and provides up to 1/2 hour of live telephone and desktop sharing support to solve your problem.
