Why Use Choicemail?

Because it works.

Spam now accounts for about two-thirds of all email. It costs most email users at least 15 minutes a day. Research shows that spam costs companies $400-800 per mailbox every year. And these costs are growing.

Permission-based email management is the only thing that actually solves, or ever will solve, the spam problem. (To learn more, read our whitepaper.) It is 100% effective, and ChoiceMail makes it available to you now.

With ChoiceMail, you will never get another piece of unwanted email because a message can reach your inbox in one of only four ways:

  • It is from someone on your whitelist
  • It is from a new sender whose registration request you accepted
  • It matches a permission rule you created
  • It is from a domain that is on your accepted domain list.
  • You approved it manually

In short, if an email is in your box, it’s because you want it there. ChoiceMail transfers the burden of dealing with email messages from people you don't know back to where they belong– the senders. Learn more and get your FREE trial for home or business!

Why ChoiceMail
How to reinitialize ChoiceMail One

If your email system has stopped working for some reason and you need to completely reset everything from scratch, you can perform the following steps to get ChoiceMail One running again. It is important that you do not uninstall ChoiceMail as doing so will cause your whitelist and unknown sender list to be lost.

  1. If ChoiceMail One is running, shut it down completely (Actions | Exit)
  2. Reset your email application so that all your accounts connect directly to your ISP's or servers to retrieve and send email. If you do not know how to do this, or if you don't know the appropriate names for your servers, please contact your ISP or Hosting Company for help. DigiPortal Software is unable to help with this step.
  3. Once you have confirmed that your email application is running normally (retrieving and sending email directly through your ISP), close it down and then download and run the following utility.

This utility causes ChoiceMail to forget that it has been previously configured but it will not lose your sender lists.
  4. Run ChoiceMail One. It will immediately tell you that it is running for the first time and will offer to run the configuration wizard just as it did the first time you installed ChoiceMail One. Just follow the instructions in the wizard.

What our users say:

I'll never own a computer and an email account without using CHOICEMAIL! To me, using CHOICEMAIL protetection, is just as important as having an Anti-virus program. I've added CHOICEMAIL to my list of things needed when setting up a computer!
