NOTE: After you install ChoiceMail and restart your computer your firewall or other security software may prevent the new or updated ChoiceMail Service from starting up automatically. If this happens – please do the following:

1. Open up the ChoiceMail Admin Control Panel from the start menu
2. Click on the Green “Play” button to start ChoiceMail and confirm any security prompts.
3. Your ChoiceMail service status will show “Running” and your ChoiceMail front end should work fine now
